Saturday & Sunday
9am-5pm

·        Basic of French pastries
·        Tea cakes and cookies
·        Chocolate and pralines
·        Cakes and Gateaux
·        Wedding cake and celebrity cakes
·        Tarts and Pie
·        Savoury cocktail delights
·        Ice cream and sorbets
·        Plated desserts
·        Sugar

This is a demonstration and hands- on program, where you will be taken through every aspect of bread and pastry making.

A perfect blend for someone, who is seriously interested to learn Art of Pastry & Bakery in a professional setting.

Very small batch not more than 15 students
5 specialised kitchen like wedding cake room , sugar room , bakery , main pastry kitchen and chocolate room.
