- Cup cakes
- Children Specialty Cake
- Designer cake
- Celebration cake
- Classic wedding cake
Outcome –
- You will learn the baking of cake and layering of cakes
- You will learn how to do borders , drapes , ribbons , ropes and tussles.
- You will be learning to make gum paste decorations , dusting technique , air brush and create different designs.
- You will be learning different variety of flowers
- You will be under going different piping technique using royal icing from basic to advance.
- The student will learn delivery logistics
Teacher: Chef Hong
Chef Hong has worked with established 5 start hotels in Malaysia and also Middle East. He is specialized in Pastry Art. His buffet showpieces, ice carving, chocolate carving, sugar showpieces as well as Wedding and Novelty Cakes, are legendary and his artistic skills have many admirers.
He won several gold metals and many awards confirming his talent in chocolate & sugar showpieces, i.e. Emirates Salon Culinary Dubai and Middle East Chef of the Years (2007).
Chef Hong pursued further education course in Paris at Ecole Gastronomique to bring his skill in Sugar Works to perfection.

He will join the Academy of Pastry Arts Malaysia as a guest lecturer covering topics such as Specialty Cakes, Designer Cakes and Wedding Cakes.
