Interested in a career in Pastry and Bakery? Liking the title “Chef”? Come learn more about what it really takes or requires to work as a pastry chef in a hotel, cake shop or perhaps, to start your own business as a baker or a pastry Chef.

demonstrating his skill and passion for  designer cakes.
Chef Guillaume Lejeune, Director of Pastry Arts and Chef Frederic Oger, Executive Pastry Chef, Academy of Pastry Arts Malaysia will be sharing with you about their personal experience travelling the globe as a pastry chef, as well as the career opportunities available!
There will also be a demonstration on assembling designer cakes by one of our newest guest chefs!
